Sarah has dedicated her career to nonprofits and is driven by her commitment to Community, Kindness, Social Justice, and Sustainability.

Neal Roth is a native of Renick, West Virginia. As a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a BS in Mine Engineering Technology in 1982, he worked for several engineering firms within the state. In 1990, his love of the outdoors and teaching those skills to others was met at The Greenbrier Resort managing the outdoor activities for the resort’s guests. His move to a career in the non-profit world started in 2003 when he accepted the role of Regional Director for Ducks Unlimited in West Virginia and Virginia until 2020. Working as a Real Estate Salesperson the past few years has been rewarding but his need to share his life experiences with others and give back to the community led him to his current position with the Shepherd’s Center of Greenbrier Valley.

Loretta Foley serves as the Program Coordinator for The Shepherd's Center, a role that perfectly aligns with her deep roots in the community. Growing up in the beautiful Meadow River Valley area, she recently returned to the region she calls home. She is thrilled to be back and is loving every moment of reconnecting with old friends while coordinating engaging events designed to enrich the lives of local seniors. Her personal mission is to help foster a vibrant and supportive environment where everyone feels connected.
When she's not busy planning the center's next big activity, Loretta embraces the simple joys of life. Her favorite pastimes include cooking delicious meals, sewing, and anything outdoorsy that lets her enjoy the natural beauty of the valley. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time and spoiling her family.
